Orders and Availability


Ordering products displayed on our website will be subject to their availability and acceptance of the order by us.

We will inform you as soon as possible after receiving your order if, for any reason, the products you have ordered are not available or are subject to any delay.

If we are unable to supply you with a product, we will inform you of this by email and we will not process your order; if you have already paid for the product we will refund you the full amount as soon as possible.


Prices, Payment and Delivery


Prices of products are as quoted on our site, but due to the number of unique products being updated it is always possible that some of the products listed may be incorrectly priced – we are under no obligation to provide a product to you at a lower price if an error has been made.


All prices and offers are subject to change without notice.


We accept payment with the payment methods listed on our site. You must pay for the products and any applicable delivery charges in advance of delivery of the products.

 Please note that delivery times are estimates and although we will make every reasonable effort to ensure your products are dispatched in good time we cannot guarantee that they will arrive within estimated timescales.


Please sign deliveries as "unchecked" in case of visible damage in transit and if possible photograph it before investigating further


Colours and Sizes


We have made every effort to display the colours of our products accurately, however we cannot guarantee that your computer or mobile devise will display them accurately.


All measurements indicated on our site are approximate only.


Before ordering from us, it is your responsibility to check and determine that any large size products ordered will fit into your room of choice and that they can be transported through your premises freely to that room. 


Product Use


Our products are designed for decorative display only in residential properties. We do not make any guarantees about their performance in a commercial environment.


Risk and Ownership


Ownership of the products will pass to you when we receive full payment of the products, including any applicable delivery charges.


Products will be your responsibility from the time that you or any third party instructed by you receive the products.


Limitations of Liability

Neither www.inspiredhomearts.com nor any of its employees, agents, members, owners or any other linked individuals shall be liable to you for any direct, indirect or resultant loss or damage, expenses, costs, or other claims for compensation whatsoever which arise out of, or in connection with the use of our website, the supply of our products or their use or resale by you.


Returns and Refunds


We hope you will be pleased with our products, but if you would like to return them for a full refund, for any reason, you may do so within 14 days of receiving them, please email inspiredhomearts@gmail.com within three working days to advise us of any issues and to arrange returns and refunds – we cannot refund on products returned outside of this procedure.

With the exception of goods received faulty or damaged,  we are not responsible for the cost of return postage. Products are your responsibility until they reach our studio, so please ensure you package them adequately, using the original packaging if possible. Any damage that has occurred to the products whilst in your possession may affect your refund.  Please be aware that the cost of the specialist fragile goods carrier is higher than other couriers, and that even at our negotiated rate the cost of returns by this route will be up to £54.  You can tell which products this applies to: all of the ‘Liquid Art’ items as well as  larger mirrors, which are listed with a lead time of over 14 days.


With the exception of goods which arrive faulty or damaged,  we are not responsible for the cost of return postage.

Products are your responsibility until they reach our studio, so please ensure you package them adequately, using the original packaging if possible. Any damage that has occurred to the products whilst in your possession may affect your refund.

 

Goods purchased from the "clearance" section may not be returned unless faulty of damaged on delivery.

 

 

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

 

CAN I HAVE A DIFFERENT COLOUR?

Yes, most of the designs are available in a number of alternative colours.

Orders with colour alterations may take a few days longer to process.

 

HOW DO YOU SEND THE ARTWORKS?

We use bespoke packaging solutions that offer maximum protection for the artwork during transit.

We rarely experience issues, but in the unlikely event your artwork arrives damaged, we will replace it as soon as possible as a priority.

 

DO YOU PROVIDE FIXINGS?

We have brackets attached to all the metal artworks for easy installation. Canvas artworks can be hung directly on their frameworks.

We don’t provide screws as all walls are different – for larger artworks we recommend using rawl plugs, or anchor plugs for cavity stud walls.

 

HOW HEAVY ARE THE LARGE METAL ARTWORKS?

It varies on the design, most ‘oversofa’ large artwork sizes weigh approximately 6kg.

All our larger artworks are light enough to be hung with just two screws and the correct rawl plugs, even on hollow plasterboard stud walls.

 

CAN THE LONG METAL ‘OVERSOFA’ ARTWORKS BE HUNG VERTICALLY?

Yes, in the notes section on your order just specify you want to do this and we’ll position the brackets to accommodate hanging in a vertical position.

Brackets can be moved easily on all artworks that have them – all of our artworks can be hung in any orientation.

 

HOW MUCH DO YOU CHARGE FOR DELIVERY?

We Deliver Free Of Charge for all orders over £55 to mainland UK addresses.

Orders under £55 have a £3.95 delivery charge.

 

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?

We aim to dispatch stocked items within 2-4 working days, using a 48 hour service for overbrush pieces, most mirrors and silver wall art metal pieces, within 7 days for these items made to order.  Liquid art pieces and large mirrors will be dispatched with a specialist courier and may take 3-4 weeks for delivery

Bespoke colour matching and commissioned artworks will take a little longer.

 

CAN I ORDER OVER THE PHONE?

We only process orders through our website. Our checkout allows all major Credit and Debit cards.

You don’t need to set up a PayPal Account to order.

 

CAN WE SPEAK TO SOMEONE TO DISCUSS ARTWORK REQUIREMENTS?

Yes, but our studio is very noisy and we don’t have the luxury of a soundproof office – our first point of contact is email, inspiredhomearts@gmail.com

DO YOU HAVE A GALLERY WE CAN VISIT?

Unfortunately not, we focus on our online store to offer the widest selection at the best possible price.

 

DO WE SUPPLY TO TRADE?

It’s not the focus of our business but we are happy to discuss opportunities. We have over 30 years’ experience designing artworks for Galleries, Furniture Stores and Department Stores.

We are happy to discuss further discounts for larger orders and for Interior Designers who order regularly.

 

DO WE DELIVER OVERSEAS?

We currently only supply and deliver our products to UK Mainland addresses.
