Refund policy
At www.Inpsiredhomearts.com , we are passionate about creating high-quality products, carefully crafted and packaged with the utmost care. We hope you love your purchase, but if you change your mind or feel your expectations haven’t been met, you have 14 days to return your item(s) for a refund or replacement.
Please note: Customers are responsible for returning their orders.
Returns and Refunds
We hope you will be pleased with our products, but if you would like to return them for a full refund, for any reason, you may do so within 14 days of receiving them, please email inspiredhomearts@gmail.com within three working days to advise us of any faults or transit damage and within 14 days to arrange returns and refunds for other reasons – we cannot refund on products returned outside of this procedure.
With the exception of goods received faulty or damaged, we are not responsible for the cost of return postage. Products are your responsibility until they reach our studio, so please ensure you package them adequately, using the original packaging if possible. Any damage that has occurred to the products whilst in your possession may affect your refund. Please be aware that the cost of the specialist fragile goods carrier is higher than other couriers, and that even at our negotiated rate the cost of returns by this route will be up to £54 including VAT. You can tell which products this applies to: all of the ‘Liquid Art’ items as well as larger mirrors marked with a * in their title, which are listed with a lead time of over 14 days.
With the exception of goods which arrive faulty or damaged, we are not responsible for the cost of return postage.

Goods purchased from the "clearance" section may not be returned unless faulty of damaged on delivery.
Returns Process

Notify Us – Email us to request a return.

Return Your Order – Send your item(s) back using a tracked service and recognised courier and retain the tracking number. For items marked *, which include larger mirrors and pictures which are sent out by specialist courier and must be returned by the same method, please contact us and we will arrange collection for you as outlined above.

Repack the Item(s) – Ensure they are in their original condition and packaging.

Processing Your Return – Once received, we will arrange a replacement or refund within 5 working days.
